The
Lexington Education Foundation (LEF) grants Meru a second
year award to bring multicultural social studies
programs to
Lexington
Public Schools during the 2004-2005 school year. New modules
for this year include Maritime Trade between Salem, MA
and India; and Gandhi, Civil Rights and Martin Luther King,
Jr. Meru
Education
Foundation, a Lexington based Foundation, brings
programs based on
arts, culture, history and languages of India to the Boston
area.
